How do I buy your original artwork? I release original collections a few times throughout the year. I advertise these releases on instagram, facebook, and my mailing list. Original work is available here.

Do you offer prints? Not at the moment but this will be something that I’ll offer in the near future. 

When will my order ship? I ship once a week on Wednesdays. Most artwork and products will ship within a week but please allow for two weeks in some cases. If shipping is expected to take longer I will have this clearly communicated within the listing. If you order a custom frame, you should allow for up to four weeks for shipping because the frame has to be made and shipped to me directly, in most cases. During the holiday season I will ship multiple times throughout the week to ensure that your package arrives on time. After December 14th, unless you pick expedited shipping, there are no guarantees that your package will arrive in time for the holidays. I am a small business owner with a young family and do the absolute best that I can with regard to shipping and always make sure everything is sent out with lots of love and care.

Do you ship Internationally? Right now only to the UK. My website is new and I’m focusing on domestic shipping and the UK first but plan on offering more international shipping options soon. Please email me at hello@abbyecker.com to request shipping for your country.

Can I commission a painting? Not at this time. I’ve decided to focus on releasing several online collections throughout the year and to participate in local art shows in the Savannah area. My mailing list (link) gets all of the latest updates regarding these releases and events.

Press inquiries? Please credit me and my photographers for any images that you use from my website and reach out to me at hello@abbyecker.com if you have any questions or want to set up an interview. I am happy to share my story.

Who owns the artwork once purchased? I retain all rights to all artwork that I create, including the rights to the images of sold and commissioned original paintings. I also retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork that I create. The buyer may not reproduce my artwork in any way without express written permission from me. If my artwork is reproduced in a magazine or any other media, proper credit must be given to me. Once you purchase my artwork, you have the right to display it in your home or business, but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my express written permission. 

If you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to the artwork you purchase (to ensure that it will never become a print, or won’t be a print for a certain number of years, etc.), I am happy to discuss this. Please email me at hello@abbyecker.com.
